Heard learned counsels for the parties.
By means of this application U/s 482 Cr.P.C., the applicant has prayed for expeditious disposal of Case No. 754 of 2011, Indrajeet Pal v. Dileep & Others, under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506, 406 IPC & 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Rampur, District Jaunpur pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st, Court No. 10, Jaunpur.
Learned Additional Government Advocate does not have any objection in case direction issued for disposal of aforesaid case.
In view of the above, the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st, Court No. 10, Jaunpur is hereby directed to dispose of the aforesaid case within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order looking to its own roaster and other expedited trials under the order of this Court issued from time to time.
With the aforesaid directions, the present 482 Cr.P.C. application is hereby disposed of.
