Sri Devendra Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner undertakes to make an application for his answersheet, in the subject of Mathematics in the Intermediate Examination -2019 in the prescribed proforma alongwith the deposit of requisite fee.
The only prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner is that the aforesaid application may be decided within a stipulated period of time.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that in case, the petitioner is submitted an application in the prescribed format, after deposit of requisite fee, and the answersheet has not been weeded out as per law, the respondent Board is under obligation of law to decide the representation of the petitioner.
In light of the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the matter is remitted to the respondent no. 2, Secretary, Board of High School and Intermediate Education, Allahabad.
The petitioner shall submit the representation within a period of two weeks in the prescribed format along with the deposit of requisite fee before the respondent no. 2. The respondent no. 2 shall decide the representation of the petitioner for a copy of the answersheet in the subject of Mathematics in the Intermediate Examination-2019, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition finally disposed off.
