The petitioner in the present petition is seeking a mandamus directing the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to destroy and completely close history sheet of the petitioner so that the police of the Police Station Sector 20 and 39, Noida, District- Gautambudh Nagar i.e., respondent No. 4 and 5 may not harass and disturb in the peaceful living of the petitioner.
Learned A.G.A. may file counter affidavit within four weeks.
List this case immediately thereafter before the appropriate Bench.
The matter shall not be treated as tied up or part heard to this Bench.
