Heard Sri Akhilesh Chandra Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioners.
The petitioners in the writ petition are seeking a direction to the respondent no.1, Fast Track Court (Junior Division), Basti to decide the Original Suit No.120 of 2000 (Indradev Singh and another Vs. Darul Ulum-Al-Islamiya School) expeditiously. Copy of the order-sheet has been filed as Annexure-3 to the writ petition.
No useful purpose would be served by keeping this writ petition pending.
The writ petition is, therefore, disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.1, Fast Track Court (Junior Division), Basti to decide the Original Suit No.120 of 2000 (Indradev Singh and another Vs. Darul Ulum-Al-Islamiya School) in accordance with law after giving an adequate opportunity of hearing to all the parties to the lis expeditiously preferably within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
It is made clear that the Court has not adjudicated the claim of the petitioners on merits.
