JUDGMENT / ORDER

Sri Naveen Srivastava, counsel for respondent nos. 4 to 6 has filed counter affidavit in court today and the same is taken on record.
Learned counsel for the petitioner prays and is granted three weeks time to file rejoinder affidavit.
Sri Harindra Prasad, who appears for respondent no. 2 has made a statement that the writ petition be decided finally and if so required the matter be remanded because he is the person who is suffering due to pendency of the writ petition and the interim order operating therein. Since only respondent nos. 2, 4 to 6 are represented, let notices be issued to respondent no. 3 and 7 to 13 by registered post AD. Steps be taken within a week.
List after service of notice upon the respondents aforesaid.
Till the next date of listing, the interim order already granted shall continue to operate.
