This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the entire proceedings of Case No.1106/IX/2016 (State vs. Balveer and 4 others), arising out of Case Crime No. 125 of 2015, under Sections 452, 147, 148, 323, 506, 376 IPC, P.S. Shergarh, District Mathura, pending in the court of ACJM, Mathura and further to stay the proceedings of the aforesaid case.
The charge sheet dated 22.12.2015 is impugned in the instant application. The Investigating Officer after investigation and collecting credible evidence has filed charge sheet. It appears that the applicant is not cooperating with the trial court. Disputed questions of fact cannot be gone into under Section 482 Cr.P.C.
The application is, accordingly, dismissed.
