Heard the counsel for the petitioners and Sri Rajesh Yadav, Advocate representing the respondent nos. 5 and 6.
The grievance of the petitioners in the present writ petition is that they are not being paid their dues towards leave encashment even after they are retired from service as Assistant Teachers in different Institutions controlled by the Basic Education Board.
The petitioners may file a representation before the District Inspector of Schools, District Baghpat bringing all the necessary facts to his notice who after considering the records shall decide the said representation and take appropriate action in accordance with law including disbursal of amount, if any, which the petitioners may be entitled against the leave encashment within a period of six months from the date a copy of this order along with the representation is filed.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
