Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Rajesh Kumar Singh, Advocate holding brief of Sri Devendra Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 3 and 4.
This writ petition has been filed, inter alia, for the following relief:-
"i. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondent no. 3 and 4 to consider the matter of the petitioner and to pay the amount of Contributory Provident Fund (CPF) a sum of Rs. 9,96,707/- to the petitioner along with interest, deposited in Account No. 6391 District Co Operative Bank Ltd. Shahganj, District- Jaunpur."
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in this regard a representation dated 17.12.2018 has been made by the petitioner before the respondent nos. 3 and 4, but the same has not been considered and decided by the respondents till date.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without entering into merits of the case, we direct the respondent no. 4 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 17.12.2018 by means of a reasoned and speaking order at the earliest possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
With the aforesaid observation/direction, the present writ petition is disposed of.
