The sole prayer of the petitioner is that the mutation proceedings being Case No.1531 of 2019 (Indra Prasad Mishra vs. Jai Singh & Ors.) under section 34 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 pending in the Court of Tehsildar, Soraon, District Prayagraj may be decided expeditiously.
Learned Standing Counsel states that all endeavour shall be made to decide the aforesaid case.
It is, therefore, directed that the Case No.1531 of 2019 (Indra Prasad Mishra vs. Jai Singh & Ors.) be decided within a period of four months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment. The copy of this order shall be duly certified by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
