Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed to direct the court below to expedite the trial of Special Case No.77 of 2015(State Vs. Angad) in Case Crime No.607 of 2015 under Sections 363, 366, 376 IPC and Section 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station-Civil Lines pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Rampur within stipulated period.
The only prayer sought by the applicant is to give direction to the court below to expedite the case pending since the year 2015 (Special Case No.77 of 2015) within stipulated period.
Keeping in view that the matter relates to the year 2015, learned trial court is directed to gear up the matter and make all necessary endeavour to conclude the trial as early as possible within a period of one year from the date of production of certified copy of this order without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties strictly in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid directions, this 482 Cr.P.C. application is finally disposed of.
