Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the State.
Present petition has been filed seeking following relief:
"I) a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 4 to pass an appropriate order on the applications of petitioner dated 6.7.2016, 16.4.2018 and 13.2.2020 expeditiously within time bound period which may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court."
After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to avail remedy, as may be available to him.
Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed with liberty as prayed for.
