Order in Crl. Misc. Correction Application No. 3 of 2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
The present Correction Application has been moved by the petitioners seeking correction in the order dated 27.09.2021 passed by this Court.
Learned A.G.A. has no objection if the present Correction Application is allowed.
In view of the above, the present Correction Application is allowed and stands corrected as follows:
After ninth paragraph of the order dated 27.09.2021 passed by this Court, aforesaid paragraph is added:
"Till the next date of listing, further proceedings of Criminal Complaint Case No. 299 of 2017, Pitambar Vs. Tejveer & Others under Section 498-A I.P.C. and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, P.S. Jawan, District, Aligarh is stayed."
