Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Standing Counsel has accepted notice on behalf of the respondents.
The grievance of the petitioner is that some unknown persons are interfering in his business of "Stay Home Scheme" of the Tourism Department for which the petitioner has a license.
In case any person is interfering in the business of the petitioner, the remedy available to the petitioner is to lodge a first information report/complain against him or to institute a civil suit.
In view of the above, we are not inclined to exercise our discretionary jurisdiction in the matter.
The writ petition is dismissed with liberty as aforesaid.
