1. Heard Sri Sanjay Kumar Om, learned counsel for petitioner and perused the record.

Central Administrative Tribunal, Allahabad Bench, Allahabad (hereinafter referred to as the “Tribunal”) vide impugned judgment dated 10.01.2017 has non-suited petitioner by recording a finding of fact in para 7 of judgment that petitioner initially submitted a transfer certificate dated 31.12.1995 of Rajkiya Krit Madhya Vidyalaya, Ruthia, Mohanpur, Deoghar in respect whereto Principal of School informed that said certificate is forged. Thereafter petitioner submitted another certificate in 2007, i.e., dated 14.08.2007 of Ranvijay Smarak Vidyalay, Rani Pokhar, Ispat Nagar, Bokaro, which was not found part of record of petitioner's appointment. Tribunal, therefore, has recorded finding of fact that petitioner was guilty of submitting forged certificate.

Aforesaid finding of fact has not been challenged by petitioner by stating anywhere in writ petition that aforesaid finding is perverse or incorrect and he has never submitted alleged transfer certificate of 1995 at the time of appointment. Some averments have been made in a circuitous way but a direct averment with regard to alleged forged certificate, we do not find having been made in entire writ petition. We, therefore, do not find that the finding of fact recorded by Tribunal is perverse or there is any manifest error in impugned judgment warranting interference in writ jurisdiction.
4. Writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
