Heard learned counsels for the parties.
By means of this application U/s 482 Cr.P.C., the applicant has prayed for expeditious disposal of Case No. 208 of 2016 (Smt. Indra Luxmi v. Satish Yadav), under Section 125 Cr.P.C., P.S. Ghatampur, District Kanpur Nagar, pending in the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Kanpur Nagar.
Learned Additional Government Advocate does not have any objection in case direction is issued for disposal of matter pending under Section 125(3) Cr.P.C. before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Kanpur Nagar.
In view of the above, the Principal Judge, Family Court, Kanpur Nagar is hereby directed to dispose of the aforesaid case within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
