Heard learned counsel for the parties.

No good ground is made out to issue mandamus for expeditious disposal of the appeal under Section 207 of the U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006 at this stage, as the case has been instituted as recently as on 18.1.2018 and that too with no disclosure as to how many such cases prior to said date, are pending before the authority concerned.

The writ petition is dismissed at this stage.
