This writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:-
" (i) Issue, a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Naib Tehsildar, Atrauliya, Tehsil Budhanpur, District Azamgarh/Respondent to consider and decide the Mutation Case No. 565/23.08.2018 (Computerized File No. T201815060602072) (Indra Deo Tripathi Vs. Smt. Sharda Devi) filed under Section 35 of U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006 which is pending before Naib Tehsildar, Atrauliya, Tehsil Budhanpur, District Azamgarh/respondent, expeditiously, within a specified period of time as this Hon'ble Court may fix, in the interest of justice."
Petitioner is aggrieved on account of pendency of his mutation case filed in the month of August, 2018.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to decide the case as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
