This writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:-
"(I) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the respondent no. 2/Tehsildar Tehsil Gola, Distirct- Gorakhpur to decide the Suit No. 173 of 2017 (Computerized suit No. T- 20170531135007173 Indoomati Devi Versus Anand Prakash under Section 34 of L.R. Act pending before him since 06.03.2017."
The petitioner is aggrieved because his mutation application filed in the year 2016 has not been disposed of till date.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2 i.e. Tehsildar Tehsil Gola, Distirct-Gorakhpur to decide the mutation case as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
