The applicant has filed this application praying for clarification of order dated 13.2.2012 passed in Criminal Revision Application and sought direction to learned Metropolitan Magistrate (N.I.A.) Court No.28 to pay the amount deposited in Criminal Case No.512 of 2008 by the opponnent No.2.

Perused contents of the application. Looking to the contents of the application the applicant has deposited amount of Rs.1 lac with the lower Court. Mr.G.R.Manav, learned advocate for the opponent No.2 has no objection for withdrawl of the said amount. The present applicant is permitted to withdraw said amount of Rs.1 lac.
In view of above, this application is disposed of. Direct service is permitted.
