JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. The notice was issued to the applicant in view of elevation of learned advocate of the applicant to the Bench of this Court.
2. The petitioner is from Sanchor, Rajasthan. A letter dated 12.1.2013 from the Civil Court Sanchod, Rajasthan reports that the petitioner refused to take the notice.
2. In order to give another chance to the applicant, the Registry shall issue a fresh notice to the applicant to be served through registered A.D. post in addition to regular mode of service. Such notice shall be made returnable after six weeks.
