O R D E R Petitioner has sought a direction to respondents to consider its representation dated 14.09.2017 (Annexure-E to writ petition). By that representation, petitioner has sought payment of balance amount of `27,025/- to each of the scheduled caste and scheduled tribe student, who is studying in the petitioner – Institution.
2. I have heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Addl. Government Advocate for respondents and perused the material on record.
3. During the course of submission, learned counsel on both sides state that this writ petition could be disposed in terms of order dated 10/10/2013 passed in W.P. Nos.43721-43730/2013.
4. Submission is placed on record.
5. In those writ petitions, this Court directed the respondents therein to consider representations made by petitioners therein within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of that order and to pass necessary orders in that regard.
6. The prayer in this writ petition being similar, on the basis of order dated 10/10/2013, this writ petition is also disposed by directing respondents to consider the representation dated 14/09/2017 (Annexure-E to writ petition) in an expeditious manner and within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
7. With the aforesaid observations and directions, Writ Petition is disposed.
