JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned advocate for petitioner and learned advocate for respondent were not present in the first call. Therefore, hearing of the petition was deferred. Even in second call, none remained present. Therefore, the hearing was deferred until second sitting. In second sitting also, no one has remained present. Instead of dismissing the petition on the ground of non-prosecution, hearing is adjourned to 17.7.2012.
If any ad-interim relief is already granted and if it is in operation as of now, the same will stand extended until the next date.
