In view of aforesaid, office will take steps to list the matter before appropriate Court after taking necessary orders from Hon'ble the Chief Justice and at that time, it would be open to the petitioner to make a request for extension/continuation of the ad-interim relief which has remained in operation until now. It is only because the Court has passed the above mentioned order now, the ad-interim relief is not extended by this Court.
