1. Heard Mr. Bhatt, learned Senior Counsel with Mrs. Bhatt, learned Advocate for the applicant who has taken out present application seeking clarifications and amendment in the order dated 20th October 2011. I have also heard Mr. Gandhi, learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 2 and 3.
2. The application has been taken out with a request to make appropriate clarification with reference to last 4 lines in para 17 (on page 10) of the said order dated 20.10.2011 so as to bring it in consonance with the clarifications and directions contained in para 16.
3. Having regard to the submissions made by learned counsel, it is considered appropriate to direct, in view of the fact that there is sufficient clarification and direction in para 16 (on page 9) of the said order, that the said four lines which start with the words, "So far as the claim........" and end with the words, "with the Official Liquidator" shall stand deleted from para 17 of the order dated 20.10.2011.
4. With the aforesaid clarification, present application is disposed of.
