1. Power is filed by Sri Birendra Pratap Singh, learned counsel for respondent no.3 and the same is taken on record.
2. I have heard learned counsel for petitioner, Sri B.P. Singh, learned counsel for respondent no.3 and Sri Raj Kumar Singh, learned counsel for respondent no.1 and 2.
3. After hearing counsels for the parties, order dated 20.06.2019 is modified to the extent that General Manager (HRMD) Indian Overseas Bank and Chief Regional Manager, Indian Overseas Bank need not be present in person before the authority concerned, however they shall ensure that a properly instructed person on their behalf is always present before the authority concerned to assist the authority.
4. The authority concerned i.e. Regional Labour Commissioner (Central) Lucknow/Conciliation Officer Under Industrial Dispute Act, 1947 8th Floor, Kendriya Bhawan, Lucknow is also directed to conclude the proceedings, as expeditiously as possible, say within a period of one month from the date a certified copy of this order is placed before him.
5. With the aforesaid, present writ petition is disposed of.
