This appeal though was supposed to be listed in due course as there was an application filed by the counsel in FAFO (Defective) No.843 of 2014 but under the head of docket, "defective" was not mentioned.
It is stated that similar matters are filed by the appellant which are 76 in number.
Office is directed to list all these matters in additional computerized cause list today so that they can be disposed of.
Sri Prakash Padia would convey to the counsel for the Union of India, who normally appears for North Central Railway.
