Ref:- Civil Misc. Correction Application No.- 2 of 2021 This is an application moved on behalf of the applicant- petitioner for seeking correction in the order dated 4th August, 2021.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
The words "6C application" occurring in the second line and seventh line of fourth paragraph of the order dated 4th August, 2021 are deleted and in its place words "4C application" are substituted and similarly the words and sentence "6C application filed under Order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 read with Section 151 thereof" occurring in the fifth paragraph of the order dated 4th August, 2021 are deleted and in its place words and sentence "4C application filed under Section 36(3) of Arbitration & Reconciliation Act, 1996" are substituted and the same may be read as such.
The correction application is, accordingly, allowed.
