3. Petitioner claims that its application for registration of the duly Elected Working Committee of the Indian National Trade Union Congress, Uttar Pradesh is pending since 04.06.2018.
4. Accordingly, without entering into merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no.2 to decide the aforesaid application regarding registration sought by the petitioner, strictly in accordance with law, necessarily within a period of one month from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
