ORDER Memo is preferred by the petitioner praying that the petitioner be permitted to withdraw the writ petition in order to enable the petitioner to avail the scheme extended by Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution vide Notification No.S.O. 3952 (E) dated 19.07.2018. That subsequently, the Ministry by proceedings dated 08.03.2019 has extended the time for availing benefit under the earlier notification.
2. Hence, memo is taken on record.
3. Learned A.S.G. Sri.Shashikantha for the respondent Nos.1 and 2 and the learned AGA Sri.Girikumar submits that they have no objection.
4. Submission is placed on record. Writ petition is disposed off as withdrawn.
