THE HONOURA BLE MR. JUSTICE V.BHARATHIDASAN Contempt Petition No.829 of 2016 Indian Bank, rep. By its Branch Manager, Mr.Rajasekar Bi, Chetput Branch Chennai 10 versus S.Selvaganapathy : petitioner Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act to punish the respondent for wilfully disobeying the orders of the court dated 18.09.2015 in W.P.No.19019 of 2015.
