JUDGMENT / ORDER

All the contentions urged by the petitioner have not been seen adverted to in Ext.P12 order. It is trite law that an order of stay imposing condition should reflect the reasons for arriving at such conclusion. A non application of mind is well evident compelling me to quash Ext.P12 order passed disposing of the petition for stay. 2. I quash Ext.P12 order and direct the second respondent to reconsider Ext.P6 petition filed along with Ext.P5 appeal. The same shall be done within a period of one month from the date of production of a copy of this judgment. The coercive steps pursuant to Ext.P4 notice shall be put on hold in the meanwhile.
3. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the writ petition with the judgment before the second respondent for compliance.
The Writ Petition is disposed of.
