JUDGMENT / ORDER

Ext.P1 is the penalty order passed by the 1st respondent under Section 68 of the KVAT Act, against which the petitioner has filed Ext.P2 revision petition along with Ext.P3 application for stay which are stated to be pending before the 2nd respondent. 2. In the above circumstances, it is deemed fit that the appellate authority, the 2nd respondent, be directed to dispose of Ext.P3 stay application within a period of one month from today. It is also directed that in the meanwhile, coercive proceedings pursuant to Ext.P1 shall be kept in abeyance and the orders passed on Ext.P3 shall determine the matter, thereafter.
Writ petition disposed of.
