Heard Sri Vijay Kumar Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Thakur Azad Singh, learned counsel appearing for respondents no.1, 2 and 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he does not wish to press prayer 'A', which is for quashing of recovery notice dated 28.03.2017 and the show cause notice dated 30.12.2016.
So far as other prayers are concerned, it is submitted that in similar circumstances, various writ petitions have been decided directing the authorities to decide objection of the petitioner. One such writ petition being Writ Petition No.23038 of 2018, which has been decided vide order dated 11.07.2018.
It is not disputed that the present controversy is also similar to that of, as was involved in the above writ petition.
Accordingly, this writ petition is also disposed of with the direction to respondent no.2 to consider the objection filed by the petitioners and decide the same, preferably, within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
