JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Devendra Kumar Upadhyaya,J.
Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
The petitioner admits that the procession in question is being taken out in pursuance of an agreement between the parties and the same is continuing for the last several years from the year 1998. The procession marches with the permission of the District Administration from the route carved out for the purpose.
We do not find any good ground to interfere with the matter for prohibiting the said procession. Nevertheless to mention here that the management of law and order is responsibility of the District Administration which is competent to issue necessary direction for the route etc. as may be required.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
