DTD.6.9.2014 AND CONTINUED ON 8.9.2014 BY THE R-3 (ANNEX-A) AND ETC.
THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
ORDER Mr.Akshay Kumar Jain V. for Mr.C.K.Nandakumar, learned counsel for the petitioner.
Mr.Vijay Kumar A. Patil, learned Additional Government Advocate for respondents.
2. The writ petition is admitted for hearing.
With consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the same is heard finally.
3. In this petition, the petitioner inter alia seeks a writ of certiorari for quashment of panchanama in P.F.No.21/14.
4. When the matter was taken up today, learned Additional Government Advocate submitted that after the investigation, ‘B’ report has been filed before the concerned Magistrate on 14.05.2015.
5. In view of the aforesaid submission, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he be granted liberty to take recourse to such remedy as may be available to him under law.
6. In view of the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty as prayed for.
