Issue notice. The appellant may take steps to serve the respondents by registered post.
Until further orders, the operation of the impugned judgment and award dated 3.4.2014 passed by the Special Judge (E.C. Act) / Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Allahabad in M.A.C.P. No. 244 of 2004 (Smt. Chinta Devi Vs. Rajesh Kumar and another) shall remain stayed provided the appellant deposits the entire amount of compensation within a period of four weeks. Any amount already deposited shall be given adjustment. Out of the amount deposited, 2/3rd amount shall be released in favour of the claimants and the remaining balance amount shall be kept in a fixed deposit scheme in a nationalized bank, yielding maximum interest.
Office is directed to remit back the statutory amount to the concerned Tribunal within four weeks.
