2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (15.09.2017), the learned counsel for the petitioner and claimant submit that they are prepared to contest the case on merits and a joint memorandum to that effect has also been filed.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, a direction is issued to the II Small Causes Court, Chennai/ Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Chennai, to dispose of the claim petition in M.C.O.P.No.7068 of 2016, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
