JUDGMENT / ORDER

The applicant has filed restoration application with a prayer to recall the order dated 28.9.2010 whereby the instant application was dismissed for want of prosecution. The restoration application has been filed alongwith an affidavit within time. The averments made in the affidavits are sufficient to allow the restoration application.
Accordingly, the order dated 28.9.2010 is hereby recalled. The restoration application is allowed.
Office is directed to restore its original number.
The matter pertains to the year 1996.
