Learned counsel for the appellant has filed this application for correction in the order dated 19.2.2021.
Correction application is allowed. Correction is made in the following manner.
In the last line of second para, case no. 132 of 2010 be read.
In the first line of para no. 3 of the order FAFO No. 315 of 2015 be read in place of FAFO NO. 315 of 2020.
At the place of Appeal No. 316 of 2015, it be read as FAFO No. 316 of 2015.
In the third line of last para of the order, FAFO No. 315 of 2015 be read in place of FAFO No. 315 of 2025.
The correction application is accordingly disposed of.
