Heard learned counsel for the applicant and perused the record.
The correction application is allowed and the order dated 8.12.2015 is corrected as follows;
In the 3rd and 4th lines of the penultimate paragraph of the order, the words "Court No. 8, Bulandshahr" shall be read as "Court No. 2, Deoria".
Since the valuation of the appeal is below 50 lacs, the matter is cognizable by single Judge.
