This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed against Order, dated 26-06-2009, in W.C.Case No.26 of 2007, passed by the Commissioner for Workmen’s Compensation and Deputy Commissioner of Labour, Tirupathi.
Mr.Sriman, learned Counsel for the appellant, addressed letter, dated 12-06-2014, to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court wherein he has informed that the appellant has instructed to withdraw the appeal. Today, at the hearing, the learned Counsel for the appellant reiterated the said request.
In view of the same, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
