Until further orders of this Court, the operation of the impugned award dated 24.3.2012 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal/ Additional District and Sessions Judge (Ex-Cadre), District Aligarh, in M.A.C.P. 542 of 2009, Kanhai Singh and others vs. Smt. Ram Pyari Ahirwar and others, shall remain stayed provided the appellant deposits 50% of the amount awarded by the Tribunal within a period of four weeks. The claimants shall be entitled to withdraw the entire amount as per the direction given by the Tribunal. Any amount already deposited shall be given adjustment. The Registry is directed to remit the statutory amount to the concerned Tribunal within four weeks.
