JUDGMENT / ORDER

Having considered the submissions advanced by Mr.Parikh, learned advocate for the appellant - insurance co., so also considering the impugned judgment and award rendered by the Tribunal, and considering the fact that mainly the challenge in this appeal is regarding the quantum of compensation, notice of final disposal, returnable on 8.10.2012. In the meanwhile, there shall be ad-interim stay in terms of paragraph 6(i) of this application, on the condition that the appellant - insurance co. shall deposit the entire awarded amount together with interest and proportionate cost thereon with the concerned Tribunal.
