JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. Referring the cause-title of the common judgment and award dated 04/02/2012, passed in Motor Accident Claims Petition Nos. 1559 of 2001 to 1561 of 2001, it appears that respondent Nos. 1 and 2 therein, viz. Rameshbhai Nathubhai and Jaskubhai Kathadbhai Basi (respondent Nos. 2 and 3 in the present Civil Applications) have been deleted. It further appears that the respondent Nos. 1 and 4 in the present Civil Applications have been duly served, however, they have not put in appearance.
2. Heard, the learned advocate for the applicant.
3. The averments made in the Civil Applications on oath have not been controverted. The delay of 31 days, caused in filing each First Appeal, has been sufficiently and satisfactorily explained in the applications. Hence, these applications are allowed and the delay caused in filing the appeals is condoned. Rule is made absolute accordingly.
