THE HON’BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR PUBLIC INTEREST LITIGATION No. 243 of 2014 ORDER: (Per the Hon’ble The Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) After hearing the petitioner appearing in-person and the learned counsel for the respondents, we dispose of the writ petition directing the 5th respondent to treat a copy of this writ petition as a representation and to look into the complaint made therein. If the allegations made in the complaint are found to be correct then lawful action shall be taken against the 8th respondent. Of course, if any action is warranted, notice of hearing shall be given to the 8th respondent. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.
