The present application has been filed by the applicant under Section 482 Cr.P.C. with the prayer to direct the Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division)-VII, Ghaziabad to decide complaint case no. 730 of 2018 (Indrajeet Vs. Kapil Kumar Nehra), under Section 138 N. I. Act, Police Station Modi Nagar, district Ghaziabad pending before him expeditiously.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned AGA appearing for the State.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the court concerned is directed to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously fixing short dates, as provided in the Statute itself, if there is no other legal impediment.
Both the parties are hereby directed to co-operate the court concerned in deciding the aforesaid matter and no unnecessary adjournment shall be granted to either of the parties.
With the above observations, the application stands disposed of.
