Writ petition is directed against the award dated 30.10.1996 answering the reference against the workman on account of his non persuasion and lack of proof of his case and his application for recall of the order has also been rejected by impugned order dated 20.5.1997.

Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that petitioner was seriously ill but there is nothing on record to support this submission. Labour Court has considered the matter in detail and I do not find any error in decision making process or perversity in the view taken by authorities concerned or otherwise error apparent of the face of record in the impugned orders warranting interference.

Dismissed.
