This appeal was filed by merely depositing Rs.5/- as court fees. The Stamp Reporter has reported the deficiency of court fees to be Rs.4902.50. The appeal was connected with First Appeal Defective No.63 of 2016 by order dated 03.10.2016. In the leading First Appeal Defective No.63 of 2016, on 03.10.2016 this Court passed the following order:
"The appellants have not yet made good the deficiency of Court fees.
Sri K.S. Shukla, learned counsel for the appellants prays that a last opportunity may be afforded to the appellants to make good the deficiency of Court fees.
In view of the aforesaid, three weeks and no more time is granted to make good the deficiency of Court fees.
List on 27.10.2016."
Admittedly, the appellants have not yet deposited deficient court fees. In view of the aforesaid, the appeal is dismissed.
