Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Petitioners are class-IV employee By means of the instant writ petition, petitioners primarily seek the following relief:
"Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to the respondents, particularly, to the respondent no. 6/Chief Treasury Officer, Azamgarh to release/disburse the petitioner's salary for the month January 2019 May 2019 and so onwards and so forth in wake of specific directive contain in G.O. dated 22.11.2018 (vide Annexure No. 1 to the writ petition) without any further delay in this regard."
Learned Standing Counsel submits that the sixth respondent shall consider and decide the claim of the petitioner expeditiously.
In regard thereto, without entering into the merit of the case, as well as, rival contentions raised by the respective parties, it is provided that the sixth respondent, Chief Treasury Officer (C.T.O.), Azamgarh, shall consider and decide the claim/representation of the petitioner, by a reasoned and speaking order, expeditiously, preferably, within two months from the date of filing of certified copy of this order along with the copy of the writ petition.
With the aforementioned observations/directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
