The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide the application filed by the defendants on 26.03.2019 for setting aside the order to proceed ex parte against them in Original Suit No. 100 of 2017 within a stipulated period.
Having regard to the entire facts of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to decide the said application expeditiously by fixing short dates.
